Computer Occupations
"Careers For the 21st Century" is the most comprehensive series for career
exploration on the market today. It offers viewers the opportunity to go out on
170 "job shadow" assignments to see and hear what hundreds of workplaces are

Service Technicians, Computer Engineers, Computer User Support

Special Projects
This program focuses on software sites and online tests that address
state standards and curriculum areas. It also shows how students can become
active problem solvers using the 4D approach. NetFiles visits two Net Classrooms
in this episode. First-graders in Virginia learn more about butterflies when the
Internet is implemented as a student learning center. And at Waikiki High
School, students can get A+ computer certified through an online, hands-on
course from the Hawaii Department of Education.

This site provides educators with resources such as: what is cyber ethics, what is cyber crime, teaching cyber ethics, and understanding the Internet.
International Society for Technology in Education – National Educational Technology Standards for Students Database of Unit and Lesson Plans

Users may search this database of technology unit and lesson plans by using a title, subject, grade level, or keyword. Plans include purpose, description, activities, links to national standards, tools and resources, and assessment methods.
