Kapes, J.T.; Whitfield, E.A. 2001.  A Counselor’s Guide to Career Assessment Instruments.  Columbus, OH: National Career Development Association.  One 568 page book.  This book contains reviews of the most prominent career assessment instruments, and includes bibliographical references and index.  (Reference collection:  HF5381.7.C68).

 

Riverside Publishing Co. 1999.  Career Finder Plus.  One computer disk and administrator’s manual.  A career interest assessment and exploration program that includes 1,109 narrated occupational descriptions with hundreds of pictures, videos and sounds.  Appropriate for grades 5 through adult.  (Circulating collection: HF5382.C373).

 

Technimedia Studios.  2000.  Career Pathways.  Steubenville, OH: Technimedia Studios.  Six items, each consist of a videocassette, booklets, and computer disk.  This series covers various careers including health sciences, business, human services, natural resources, engineering and manufacturing, and arts and communication.  Includes teacher’s guide, lesson plans and activity worksheets.  (Circulating collection: various call numbers, please check catalog).
