China News Stories. (2002). Burlington, VT: NoodleHead Network. One 25 minute video cassette. Introduces students to Chinese culture with eight 3 minute segments, each exploring a different part of Chinese life. Shot and reported by kids on location. Appropriate for grades 4-12. Destination. (1996). Washington, D.C.: Peace Corps of the U.S. A series of 20 minute videocassettes highlighting the culture, geography and diversity of various countries. Series includes Sri Lanka, Cameroon, Marshall Islands, Lesotho, and Honduras. (Duplicating Collection – various call numbers).
India News Stories. (2001). Burlington, VT: NoodleHead Network. One 23 minute video cassette. Teaches students about the practices, Gods, and nature of India’s dominant religion Hinduism. Appropriate for grades 4-12. (Duplicating Collection DS407.I65).
Lehman, J. (2000). Gale Encyclopedia of Multicultural America. Detroit: Gale Group. Essays on approximately 150 culture groups of the U.S. (Reference Collection E184.A1.G14).
