Montenegro, Laurie.  (2000).  Reaching Out to Spanish Speaking Families: Ensuring Educational Success.  Jessup, MD: U.S. Dept. of Education.  One 60 minute videocassette.  Discusses unique parent involvement programs and resources for Spanish-speaking families that can be adapted at any school or community.
