Wayne RESA offers quality instructional videos from major producers such as AIMS Multimedia, Weston Woods, Disney, along with many other educational production companies, to all schools in Wayne County. The collection has been previewed by educators in Wayne County and recommended by the Wayne RESA Media Selection Committee.

Video orders for new acquisitions are duplicated twice a year (Fall and Spring) for a cost of $10.00 per title plus a flat $5.00 shipping fee. MARC records are also available on a disk for $5.00 (regardless of number of titles ordered). New this year, a CD-ROM of all available teachers' guides is available for $5.00.

To view the video catalogs click here. Orders are accepted throughout the year for previous years' collections. Please call Brenda Hose at 734-334-1437 to request these titles.

Learn how to integrate instructional video clips into your lessons to enhance class-room instruction. The online collection includes digital clips, aligned to the Michigan Curriculum Framework, teachers guides, images, and other instructional resources. If your building has purchased a site license for Video Streaming through Wayne RESA, click here to log onto the streaming site (http://streaming.resa.net).

If your building does not have a site license for the online collection of 2000 full-length videos and over 20,000 video clips, contact Anupam Chugh (only Wayne County schools) at 734-334-1500 or via email at chugha@resa.net

The state is also running a smaller version of this project called the RSVP (REMC Streaming Video Pilot) project. All schools in Michigan have access to use/preview any of the 40 titles and/or 100 video clips until June 30, 2005. Contact your local ISD or REMC to obtain user information. To find out more about REMCs of Michigan or the RSVP project, go to remc.org.
